VISION, MISSION AND STRATEGIC PLANNING.
Kago International Seminary College has designed and developed the Vision mission and strategic planning for operations to meet priority goals. It has an inherent consultative and criteria-based process that a company must undertake in business strategic planning. KISC applied standard business management approaches and models in its education and training strategic business planning as a fundamental process in design and development of service provision to customers, and in response to the requirements for ETP as applied by this submission.
The strategic planning process and its guiding principles models and approaches are presented, and the version of the strategic plan arrived at is provided in a high-level view.
MISSION
KISC’s mission is to equip and edify Believers for a lifestyle of effective Christian ministry in their sphere of influence and to train ministers for significant leadership in the body of Christ. To educate and equip servants for the church to proclaim Jesus and spread spirituality and holiness throughout the world and provide graduates with a practical Bible College education that supplies spiritual and educational resources to prepare and train others for their vocation and profession.

Her research interests include the Reformation period and its impact on modern Christianity”. An engaging lecturer, Dr. Phillip emphasizes the importance of understanding historical context in interpreting Scripture and theological development. His research explores themes of Trinitarian theology and the relationship between faith and reason. With a focus on integrating theology with contemporary issues, Dr. Phillip aims to help students develop a robust theological framework that is relevant to today’s challenges. He also encourages practical applications of theological study through community engagement.
